Google Cloud & Firebase costs scale with your usage
Your subscription includes a base infrastructure allocation. As bookings, traffic, and stored data grow, the underlying GCP and Firebase costs increase. These are passed through on your monthly bill at cost with no markup, and you'll receive a full breakdown in your portal dashboard.
Most small-to-mid operations see $15–60/mo in total infrastructure costs. Cloud Run scales to zero when idle, so quiet periods cost very little.

What is the Website + SEO plan?
The $49/month plan gives you a managed Google Cloud WordPress or Next.js site, an AI page builder, and an AI image generator. Ideal if you already have a dispatch system and just need a great managed website.
What does the Elite plan add?
Elite ($249/mo) adds iOS and Android driver apps, priority support, custom branding & white-label, a programmable AI agent, and Google + Meta ad campaigns on top of everything in Scale. It's the full-featured plan for businesses ready to scale.
Is there a setup fee?
Website has a one-time $399 setup fee, Website + SEO and Scale each have a one-time $1,250 setup fee, and Elite has a one-time $1,750 setup fee, billed separately from the subscription. Enterprise has no setup fee, pricing is custom.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.
Do I need to pay separately for AI?
No. Claude AI (Anthropic) and DALL-E 3 (OpenAI) compute are bundled into every plan. You will never receive a separate Anthropic or OpenAI bill. Your monthly allocation of AI pages and images is covered by your subscription. Only if you exceed your plan's allocation are overages charged ($1.50/page, $0.50/image).
What AI tools are included?
Page copy and SEO content is written by Claude (Anthropic). Images are generated by DALL-E 3 (OpenAI). Elite and Enterprise also include a Dialogflow AI agent and Twilio for voice/SMS. All run directly inside the portal. No separate accounts, no API keys, no extra bills.
