1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Perfect Booking System ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Use of the Service
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not:
- Use the Service for any fraudulent or illegal activity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any portion of the Service
- Resell or sublicense the Service without written permission
3. Account Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
4. Payments & Billing
Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually as selected. All payments are processed securely through Stripe. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as explicitly stated in your subscription agreement.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its contents are owned by Perfect Booking and protected by intellectual property laws. Your white-label configuration and your customer data remain yours. We do not claim ownership over content you upload or create.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Perfect Booking shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts immediately for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, you may export your data within 30 days.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Perfect Booking operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
