Is Facebook and Instagram one platform or two?
Facebook and Instagram ads run from a single Meta ad account, so they are managed and billed together as one channel under our Meta Ads coverage.
Is there a minimum ad budget?
Yes. Single Channel requires a $500/mo minimum ad budget on that platform. Full Coverage requires a $750/mo minimum combined budget across Google Ads and Meta.
Do I need a Perfect Booking software plan to get Marketing Management?
No. Marketing Management is billed separately and available on its own. If you are also on a Perfect Booking plan, your booking and conversion data can feed directly into campaign targeting and reporting.
How is this different from the AI Ad Campaign builder?
The AI Ad Campaign builder included in Perfect Booking plans is a self-serve tool: you review and launch campaigns yourself. Marketing Management is done for you: our team builds, launches, and actively manages the campaigns on your behalf.
Can I cancel Marketing Management at any time?
